Excelling 4 Excellence Educational Services, LLC (E4E) is an educational service company that educates youth ages 6-weeks of age thru their freshmen year of college. Additionally, we support fellow educators, parents, scholars, and community members via consultations, professional development sessions, STEAM Saturdays, advocacy, psychological testing, tutoring, and IEP/504 compliance.

Our chief executive officer/director, Dr. Lynn Rhodes-Polk, is focused on maintaining a positive growth mindset while creating partnerships with a purpose. Dr. Lynn strives for significant outcomes. WHO IS DR.LYNN
Dr. Lynn Rhodes-Polk received her Ph.D. from the University of Holy Cross in Executive Leadership. Dr. Lynn also holds two Master of Art degrees: Urban Education and Educational Leadership.And, a Bachelor of Art degree in Elementary Education. Dr. Lynn has held the following positions: school leader, school director, principal, assistant principal, instructional facilitator, dean of students, and teacher. Additionally, Dr. Lynn has successfully written two charter school applications and assisted with the startup of both. She is certified in the state of Louisiana with a lifetime teaching certificate and an educational leadership level 2 certification. As a classroom teacher, instructional facilitator, dean of students, assistant principal, principal, and school leader Dr. Lynn was instrumental in attaining the prestigious National Blue Ribbon Award 2021 & 2013 for Lake Forest Charter School of New Orleans, Louisiana.
